Export SMS PRO - Text Exporter App Reviews

Paid for this few months ago and it worked on day 1. Ever since, there are error screens with confusing instructions that dont match iTunes or the options in the phone. Highly recommend using the a different app.

great idea but it keeps crashing when all the messages are retrieved from the back up... lets hope the next version works fine. good luck.

Why do I have to pay twice for backing up my messages!? Should you be clear and stated that the payment only allows for one back up I wouldnt bother to pay anything. How do we go about that? Is this a scam!? Very dissatisfied customer

This app is useless. First you pay the $8.00 then it installs. Then I ran my backup in iTunes and tried to follow the instructions however no matter what I tried to do, the app would not show in the file sharing apps in iTunes. PLUS, what you are purchasing is not what you get! They want you to update multiple times in order to backup your txt/sms msgs!! RIP OFF!

I tried the free version and once I managed to get the iMessages exported. From then on nothing, it wouldnt even connect to my computer. Glad I only tried the free app.

Disappointed Need to pay again to upgrade for unlimited use or no ads and I do mean OR.

Difficult to use. Hard to Set up. Instructions are brutal

This app is useless unless you want to install a bunch of software on your computer so you can access your messages. It is not a stand alone app like most apps. I am so upset I wasted money on this. Frankly it is deceptive that the need to install software on you computer to use this app is not listed in the description!

So once you buy the app it still gives ads!

Don’t be duped into buying this. The description makes it sound like it is easy to use. It is not and could not get it to work. What a scam.

[SMS Export PRO Full Version] after upgrading to version 8.02 of the iPhone...messages that the program copy on computer are only those present when the phone was at version 8.0. how can we solve?

The app requires other software that is impossible to install in official imac.

I cannot honestly say enough good things abou this app you have created. Honestly, when it come to documenting everything and having proof, there is little to no recreational apps that allow you to view and save your texts on a desktop format. honest to god, this app probably saved my relationship and life. thank you.

I am PC literate but I have spent hours & have gotten nowhere with this app. Im glad I didnt invest on full version from start. Im running XP Pro, iPhone 4s. Repeatedly gives me error about incorrect ip. I pulled ip from Run, cmd, ipconfig. IDK. Spent too many hours wasted with no luck. Wished I couldve ranted & raved about it...
